I believe Nebraska State Bank provides one of the best employment opportunities in our area for many reasons.  NSB is independently-owned, so decisions are made right here – in Custer County.  And, the board members and management are very supportive – constantly encouraging the professional growth of our staff and pushing the business to reach its full potential.  Not only that, but NSB is a leading force in the community; providing support not only to the employees but to the community as a whole through donation and volunteerism.  I feel the benefits the Bank provides are truly exceptional, and it’s hard to find any company that offers an equal package.  This has benefited my entire family for many years.    Most of all, it is how NSB treats their employees and customers.  The relationships with fellow co-workers as well as with our customers are personal and long-lasting.  We are a team and we work as a team.  I’m proud to say that I’m celebrating 34 years with NSB, and I’m still counting!
